Resources

When a WinScript Live script file is loaded into the ShowTouch

software, the list of resources is populated. Resources such as

Sequences, Variables, and Outputs can be dragged directly from the

resource list onto a page. An item will be dropped at the location

where the resource is released and automatically assigned an

appropriate action. For example, dragging a sequence onto the page

will create a button that will start the sequence when pressed.

Testing the Interface

The interface can be tested as it is being designed. There is no need to switch between the secure

Run mode and the Edit mode just to test whether a toggle will turn on the correct output. Once a

script is loaded and the Touch program is connected to the controller, the interface is ready for

testing.

Connecting to the Controller

1. Select “Touch”->”Controller” from the menu bar.

2. Either search for or enter the IP Address of the controller then click “Connect”

3. If the connection is successful, the controller script can be downloaded immediately by

clicking “Yes” that you would like to retrieve the script now
